To active the MDT do /MDT, for example we are going to be going on as Police. Click Metropolitan Police then click Toggle Shift once you have done this input your division and input the callsign you are using on radio, you then should gain access to the PNC. Once you have done this do /onduty To be a civilian you must register your cars and civilians on the MDT before actually using them, this helps to enhance RP massively
