Our Server has many different types of tickets, this will explain what their functions are. Service Tickets MPS Command Tickets - Provides a ticket to speak to MPS Command LAS Command Tickets - Provides a ticket to speak to LAS Command LFB Command Tickets - Provides a ticket to speak to LFB Command RNLI Command Tickets - Provides a ticket to speak to RNLI/HMCG Command COLP Command Tickets - Provides a ticket to speak to COLP Command Support Tickets Support Ticket - Having general issues with server or need to ask a question? This is the ticket for you Player Report - If you need to report a player make sure you have a clip and open this ticket Donation Ticket - If you wish to help Policing London grow and run and get perks for doing so this is the ticket for you! Ban Appeal - Uh oh you have been banned, if you believe this ban was false or was unjustified make sure you have proof and open this ticket Staff Report - If you need to report a member of staff this is the ticket for you, make sure you have evidence prepared! Development Ticket - If you have found a bug in server or have a question open this ticket! Civ Coordinator - If you need to speak to the civ coordinator possibly to get a scene authorised this is the ticket for you! Senior Staff Tickets Senior Staff Ticket - If you need to ask senior staff a question open this ticket! Management Ticket - If you need to speak to management and the ownership team use this ticket don't open these for no reason though!
